Tagged by Mrs. Rinaldi

The beautiful and talented Aliya tagged me in her post on Monday and I'm just getting around to responding. Be sure to check out Aliya's blog ... she shares awesome recipes and hilarious commentary about her every day life :)

Here We Go!

Step 1: respond and rework—answer the questions on your own blog, replace one question that you dislike with a question of your own invention, add one more question of your own.

Step 2: tag—eight other un-tagged people.

Make a list of things you can see without getting up:
Couch, tv, wonderful photos on our wall, cell phone, purse, candle, our cute little street

Favorite football team:
Not a huuuge football fan like a lot of my friends, but I would probably say the Skins... since my dad always loved them and I had a Redskins onesie when I was a little one :)

What are you wearing now?
Yoga pants, tank top and zip up hoodie (working from home today!)

What color is your bedroom?
The walls are white, quilt is white, the furinture is dark wood and the accents are red (ofcourse)

What’s the last thing you read/are currently reading?
Technically speaking, an email titled "EMERGENCY" from one of my co-workers... but I'm currently reading Wicked

What was the last movie you saw?
He's just not that Into You with the ladies on Friday night

Who was the last person you hugged?
Hubs... this morning

What’s your current obsession/addiction?
Our panini maker... sandwiches are SO much better when they're grilled... OH and our coffee grinder too. I can't get enough of fresh ground coffee!

I'm also LONGING for a new lens... but when am I not?

What was the last thing you said aloud?
"Ok, I'll call you back in a few minutes" to Leslie

What websites do you always visit when you go online?
Gmail, Google, Blogger, Facebook, APTA website, CNN, Perezhilton (for educational purposes of course)

Hairspray... lots of different brands will do the trick, but I simply can't live without it.

Maria Carey, she was my girl back in the day

Stupidest thing You've Done Today?
I always say "thank you" when the mailman puts the mail through the mailslot in our door if I'm sitting on the couch. Today he responded with "you're welcome" so I proceeded to have a conversation with him "How's the weather out there today" through the mail slot. Come on Melis, next time open the door for the guy....

**Adding this one**What is your favorite store and why?
Forever21... their clothes are fashionable, VERY budget friendly... and to be honest I kindof thrive off of the hunting around I usually have to do to find what I'm looking for in my size.

You're tagged, my friend!
The Mrs.

Oh and... speaking of the beautiful and talented Aliya (and to stick with the "a photo-less post is a boring post"
theme) Here's a picture I snapped of Aliya on her beautiful October wedding day.

  1. Melissa - thanks for your comment on my photo this morning. I'm here for the first time. You shoot from my home! My husband and I were in Northern VA for several years, and that's where I started shooting. We're in SC now, but I miss it! You can be sure I'll be back for the views! ;-)

  2. I visit Perezhilton every day too! =)

That makes me feel better to know I'm not the only one. :o)
